Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the perfume is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and securely place it in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Hand Over to Courier

  Once your request is approved, our shipping partner will contact you to schedule a pickup from your location anywhere in the Kingdom.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
